Reports display the changes between two or more workflow steps. To create a report, follow these steps:

 

  1. Select the task from the tasks table.

  2. Click the REPORT button.

  3. If you want to share this report with a resource, enable the Public URL.

  4. Type a name, if required.

  5. Select the comment type, if any.

  6. Select the workflow steps.

  7. Select if you want to display the formatting tags.

  8. Select if you want to include metadata (locked, repetitions, etc).

  9. Click OK.
